One of mythology’s earliest and most influential love stories. The central characters in this piece are Orpheus, history’s most accomplished musician, (the son of Apollo and the Muse Calliope), and Eurydice his beloved wife. This early work is elegant in its simplicity and profound in its mythological inspiration. This original piece has been re-framed, re-matted with acid-free materials and re-glazed w/conservation clear UV glass. Signed by Susan Seddon Boulet lower center. Undated
